INGREDIENTS

  • 5 bags, Deeply Rooted Farms’ Italian Crumbles
  • 14 Large Pizza Crusts (14 inches)
  • 2 qts. 1 1⁄4 c. Sauce, Pizza
  • 3 qts. 1⁄2 c. Broccoli, Chopped and Washed
  • 3 qts. 1⁄2 c. Carrots, Peeled, Washed and Shredded
  • 6 1⁄2 c. Red Bell Peppers, Washed and Sliced
  • 4 lbs. Cheese, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

CREDITING

  • Serving = 1 Slice
  • 2.5 oz. Meat/Meat Alternate
  • 3⁄4 oz. Equivalent Grain
  • 1⁄4 c. Dark Leafy Green Vegetable
  • 1⁄2 c. Red/Orange Vegetable

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare Deeply Rooted Crumbles per package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crusts on large baking sheets. Spoon pizza sauce on crusts.
  3. Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of vegetables.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until crusts are golden brown. Remove pans with pizzas from oven and cool for 3 minutes before slicing.
  5. Cut each pizza into 8 wedges. Hold at 140°F or higher.
